Subscription Refunds
We offer full refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Usage must be limited to 5% or fewer of total credits included in the subscription
- Payment processor fees (5-8%) will be deducted from the refund amount as these are unavoidable charges
Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase, as we cannot provide refunds for any credits once purchased, regardless of usage status.
Subscription Plan Changes
If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:
- We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
- One month of subscription fee plus payment processor fees (5-8%) will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
Payment Processor Fees
Please note that all refunds and subscription plan changes are subject to payment processor fees of 5-8%. These fees are charged by payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and are unavoidable. These fees will be deducted from any refund amount or applied to plan conversion charges.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Credit purchases
- Subscription time that has already passed
- Payment processor fees (5-8%)
- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
- Subscriptions with more than 5% of total credits used
- Subscription renewal orders
